You are looking at lightly used projector with only 695 hours.  The 3 chip DLP NEC XT4100 picture quality on this machine is fantastic.  We bought 2 lamps 2 years ago for $7400.  We installed one last year and we still have a brand new spare lamp that we will include.  In addition the lamp installed was used for just 96 hours and we will include 2 used lamps from other projectors with 500 hours each on them.The projector also comes with a roadcase and 2.5-4.0:1 lens that costs $5600. The new spare lamp is currently retailing for $3400-$4500.  The lens and case are all included in the price.
