This device was custom built for a high end corporate client. The application was a new product launch that required the ability to drop a large 12’ mock up of the product onto the stage while lowering it’s different rig points at different speeds and distances. This custom wench was the result of very creative engineering and budget constraints. While this could have been accomplished using elaborate computer controlled equipment the budget did not allow for this. This wench cost approximately $3800.00 to develop and was only used once. The varied sizes of pulleys provide for much flexibility and lowering options.
