Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of the item. Your item can then be returned and refunded in full minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that any installation or modification of your item will void this return policy.

If you receive the wrong quantity or an incorrect item in your shipment, please notify us within 48 hours. One of our customer service representatives will ensure a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges if your order was filled incorrectly.

Brokered items must be returned to the original vendor in the same manner as all other returns. Vendors must confirm receipt of returned item to us before credit will be issued. Returned equipment must be enclosed in the original shipping container with sufficient packaging material. Please note brokered items returned for reasons other than product defect or incorrect shipping may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Brand new items shipped directly from the manufacturer may also be subject to a re-stocking fee if the items are returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

In all cases, if we are not notified within 48 hours of any issues with your order, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund for any defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
